This project consists of a new two story structure for a graphic designer.  The structure includes a second floor studio with a single car garage below. The building exterior was designed to fit within the context of the 1940's Dallas residential neighborhood. Materials and proportions compliment the adjacent home of the client. The interior design was an intentional deviation from the traditional exterior with a skewed plan and more contemporary detailing to reflect the client's personal tastes and functional needs.
