renovations to two downtown structures that had been converted into a single space in the 1970s. the buildings were converted back into two commercial spaces, each with their own identity. renovations included exposure of the original tin ceiling in one space. this building has a retail storefront, office, floral work area, new restrooms, break area, and a warehouse space.

the adjacent building suffered from severe structural neglect and required new roof framing, a new storefront, new restrooms, and employee break area.
