Upchurch Architects, inc. renovated this 1920’s structure to accommodate their office, studio, library, work room, and conference spaces.  The building has had a varied history in Brenham, having been a feed store, a ford dealership, repair shop, and antique store.

the original sliding door was reused to separate the conference and public areas from the work areas. the original bead board ceilings, interior wood partitions, and exterior brick walls remain in high contrast to the modern fixtures and furnishings in the space. color drawn from the local agricultural landscape was used in the central core.
